Only ones that need to be sticky are SNR and Buy Sell Trade IMO

What about a thread called 'Stickies' ?
Sticky that one and in the first post you can post and edit a list of sticky worthy threads...
That way everything else stays static but for those wanting to trawl the regular haunts they can enter via the sticky thread....
