Ok, let me rephrase that... Don't bitch about mods if you ain't going to take 5 seconds to report threads, and help them.
You have the time to make replies in this thread about the mods locking it, but you don't have the time to report it???
Ive got the time to do it, never said i didnt. Never even implied it buddy.
How did i bitch about the mods?

The remix of Prodigy - Omen, the same music with a halftime beat and a wobble slapped on it.
The remix of Delirium/Sarah McLachlan - Silence, the same epic vocals of the original, with a halftime beat and the same wobble slapped over it.
Track 3 Pharoahe Monch - a remix of Simon Says, but its just got the catchy bit with an amen slapped over it.
Theres also Madonna - Frozen, which again has the same beat and wobble. It sounds like a sodding massive preset or something!
I do like Sierra Leone and Still Alive, probably because i haven't heard the originals... just really disappointed to hear the rest of their stuff.
what all is on it?
and is the pharoahe monch one still the straight up rip off of roni size and dj die's remix after like 2 minutes?
does it have the hide and seek remix that ripped off autopilot's remix too?

I often think I should be a mod purely because I'm usually on this forum pretty much *all* the time. But then I remember I don't have the level headedness to rule fairly...I get in too many bitchfights XD

warp rightttttttttttttt
wasn't it universal before, there's all these rumors with nothing substantial
all this hype and hub bub over nothing when they yet to have a legitimate commercial release under their belts
this is the first time ive heard the original track of mt edens sierra leone n the original is such a good song, whoever said it was boring need to get a grip lol,
I can't stand Mt. Eden for their outright disrespect to artists. I don' consider what they do remixes, but rather outright plagiarism.
I do however, admire their ability to succeed. They've taken some of (arguably) the biggest tracks in history, and just put a dubstep beat on it - and profited immensely. Would I do it? No, I have a soul - but Mt Eden know what they're doing to make money.
I just dont understand how they have got so popular, surely anyone with some standard of musical quality can see how badly produced their tunes are. They just take a track, chuck an awful, ill fitting mid range wob offer it and a "dubstep" drum line and people seem to lap it up like they are actually talented. They are clearly abusing the raw talent gifted to them through their cracked version of Ham VST.

I don't think listeners are necessarily relating to their beats, but instead the original material they've stolen. I really hope the RIAA cracks down on those guys tbh.

You've been in some fucked up relationships. lol
No just normal ones...
Nothing in this world can be sustained for ever, all you can do is try to hold on for as long as you can...
Love will always turn to hate, you just got to give it time. It might creep up on you, or it could just hit you in the face. You might even turn a blind-eye to it at first, but it has happend.

Yeah I did a remix a few years ago where I basically did the same thing. Whack a beat and some sub on a tune and I really just made it to dj with because I didn't like any of the remixes of it going around but I ended up putting it up for dl and got like 3k downloads. People were saying how awesome I am. The original artist did all the work. I felt dirty. Never did that again. But I have had big samples since and people love the tune because of that and not what I did. Some artist I think thrive on it. Eat up the praise and think that they did do something. It's like a dj dropping a shit hot track and everyone goes nuts but then when you think about it all you did was just press play on a top 5 chart tune yay. I guess I don't have what it takes to be anything under than an underground artist. Shit just eats at me.
