Honestly I think this track is more about the percussion than sub bass, at least that's what I think

yeah this is true in my opinion also, but again sub is key to making tracks what they are. hence why i think dubstep is really creative

I did like this tune but it got boring very quickly for me!

yeah, I bought it nonetheless but it doesn't get me anymore as Roteks or Protected do. and there's an immanent lack of subbass...
but the DJG cut kinda does it for me.

Do you find the sub bass is lacking on the Vinyl or Digital copy?

The Wav sounds fine to me

My guess is Tempa has the means to master a very loud and bassy vinyl, wheras a smaller US(?) label such as Tuba do not have the means necessary... has anyone played/heard the vinyl live and confirm it doesn't kick? Sounds pretty good to me.... Roteks/Protected just have such incredible bottom frequencies in general

Its an ok tune looking foward to giving it a rinse on a system next week...

All about shadowy figures imo..

The sub is fine on nocturnal feelings, it's probably a combination of the way he wanted it to sound mixdown wise (less focus on sub, more on rythms/perc), and a more dynamic master from wherever Tuba sent it off to...

I feel the roteks sounds muddy in comparison....

No doubt this tune will be weighty on proper sound.
