Fair enough, I think it's just that I kind of like the fact that a load of the old garage tunes seemed a bit more song based in a way, probably the closest an underground style has really embraced pop music tradition (suppose you could say the same about some of Goldie's earlier tunes - Inner City Life for instance).
Quite a fan of song arrangements (as well as the more avant garde stuff) so I'm interested to see how that can be incorporated into dance music in general - MJ seems to be amazing at this, really well constructed songs. Still think Sincere's one of his best. Also Wookie and others have done some pretty amazing pop arrangements with more underground sounds.

a tune built for the underground
Defo need to hear more of these vibes in dubstep

i love this tune man, too much.
im a big fan of the harry lime, sirus, narrows era. as well as the older bits dem 2 (all i know = huge), groove chronicles (1999), 24hr experience (together) etc etc.

Yeah, heard a rumour about that a while ago. *cross fingers* Anthill Mob released a brand "new" EP not long ago (Rich man, poor man something) but it was pretty weak compared to the usual Confetti stuff...
