starting to get a bit annoyed at the crazy length of time stuff takes to come out on Swamp. I know I know..distribution..pressing etc money..blah.... but geez..... It's like DnB back in the day...

Things were coming out at quite a rapid pace for a minute there: in the "music deep inside" thread someone mentioned that Loefah said the recent delay in the release schedule was artwork related. The funk bias ep was originally supposed to be out at the end of april. maybe (hopefully) things will start to speed up again: goodness knows swamps got a healthy backlog of releases to get out (sicko cell, music deep inside, retribution, basement, swims), with more piling up by the day it seems (trusta, goldfinchh, etc)

Apparently it's gone from Redeye as well. As in literally been removed from the list.
Funny biz.

I don't mean no disrespect to Loefah and the crew but they could be a little bit more specific about what actually happens with their releases. Just sayin'...

i'm a bit relieved that it's getting delayed, well for me anyways. there's crazy stuff going on in my life, Canada Post on strike (altho they are continuing mail service tomorrow, but it'll still be iffy) and I still need to pay off my laptop. and seeing that Swamp is vinyl exclusive only, I have no choice but to buy the vinyl.

In other news, I think Will Bankhead (the guy behind The Trilogy Tapes and designer for some of the o.g. Mo'Wax sleeves) may have done the sleeve for this twelve ( as well as some other forthcoming Swamp releases).

Nah Ashes57 does all the swamp stuff.
