nothing will work. put your speakers away from walls and stand them up on something (like blocks, stands, I don't know). if you want to "soundproof" your room then you'll need to put at least a foot of concrete between your room and whatever aka this isn't going to happen. like legend said buy some headphones and use your monitors every now and then.
