Has anyone visited any of Scandinavia? They all seem to come up top in the standard of living surveys, and seem to be quite liberal politically.
I quite like Holland tbh, although it's not a massive change from England. They love beer and football, and the population seem friendly enough.

Town in Cuba called Trinidad. South side of the island, colonial Spanish buildings, underground club that's built into the side of a hill, and Playa Del Ancon overlooking the Caribbean ocean
Would open a cafe that catered for backpackers, with a big fuck off chalk board advertising people who were travelling to different parts of the island and needed an extra person to share on travel/accomodation costs etc.

For me, Montreal or Berlin. I've been Berlin, it was so good. I'm hoping to go to Montreal in my year abroad! And I've always wanted to live in New York for a year. But, I just don't see myself permanently moving to somewhere that isn't London. I have it too good there.

I've thought about Spain..
and some of the more exotic South East Asian places that have outdoor kitchens..
You know - brutally hot places without air conditioning..
in which you are expected to sleep under the stars in courtyards..with lizards and...pangolin

I moved to the city, to immerse in a scene -
then stopped going out because I was working so hard to pay rent..
AND had no extra money for records...
