Well, what I do is set my alarm an hour before I have to get up, then hit snooze for an hour and also set my clock half an hour fast. That way, if you're super out of it when you wake up, you go "OH SHIT, I'M LATE!" and then after you get up you realize you're not.

so is flux supposed to make our screen dimmer oragnish and this tricks the brain into thinking im tired and then in the morning its super bright and tricks the brain into waking up?

Sort of, I think it's more that the blue light from a computer screen tells you're brain to wake up, but masking it with orange tint keeps it neutral, won't neccesarily make you tired.

i keep using the disable for hour setting cause the orange kind of annoys me, idk i guess its alright,
