sorry. i thought the interview was boorrrring. :(

i dont mean to moan, is jus a bit lame when you read an interview wit someone as energetic as wiley and all you're getting is lame history about "the minimal 'eskimo' and then he had a track called 'igloo' blah blah."
i know that already - thats late, wtf?

THIS is an interview:

The Wire is a good magazine but I think it's a bit late to put Wiley on the cover only now, years and years after his groundbreaking work. They did report about Wiley sometimes, but for a magazine that's supposed to be about 'adventures in modern music'... they seem a bit too market oriented when it comes to dance music. Another example is them jumping on the dubstep bandwagon. Hardly adventurous, hardly avant garde.

youre all right of course, but fuckit. this is a big look for wiley, and im pleased for him. ultimately if it means it took them a few years to come round to his groundbreaking work, so be it. at least he's being featured in the same 'serious' music arena as some prominent jazz greats and abstract experimental dudes from Scandinavia

thanks to the person that linked our interview. We can make it interesting becuase we already know that you lot know about Eskimo and Devils mixes and Igloo and all that. Wire are still having to write for an audience of mostly older bearded men who listen to Resonance FM.

you're posting a link to an item on your site which is just a photo of the cover of a magazine which is (a) in the shops and (b) has been posted on this thread three times now? cheers for that.
