It is a booze cruise though, can't be that bad!

(just listening to Elektro/Afrika/Skank)
but didn't I read that skream played an old school set at the last big DMZ?

Skream=one of my favourite producers. I believe Benga is a better DJ but never really got into most of his tracks, need to listen to a few more methinks.

i saw them in february, it was a lot of midrange. actually it was banger after banger after banger. they played rage against the machine, and skreams robot sex rage against the machine terrible screeching remix :u: :u: . but all in all they were dead on in the mix, and they had the place going crazy. i would, however, suggest bringing ear plugs. i left the venue being nearly deaf for about 4-5 days after the show.

depends... you live in minnesota

if you have a Grand Junction sandwich shop near by then the most valuable thing you could do is buy 2 foot long chicken parm sandwiches, extra sauce, no mushrooms, add bell pepper.

If not, then yes Skream & Benga are likely the best use of your $15

I'd pay $15-20 if i knew i wasn't going to have to drive and that the sound would be legit.
wormcode wrote:Definitely worth the cash IMO, they are great guys who know how to work a crowd.
for sure. i feel like the crowd would want music that i would hate tho. i was already not enjoying their shows in 2007/8... fuckin southeast tho. shit crowds, shit systems.
clifford_- wrote: Skream still plays the odd wicked tune in his sets afaik, its definitely not an eyes down affair by any means, but its probably better than sitting at home wanking.
yup

there is a free dubstep night every tuesday, which is full of highs/mids.. I think I'll pass on this one.
I'd want the majority to be deep.
