oh i also guessed that he's from america and i was right. no offense to US peeps here, but i have the feeling that this whole denial when faced with criticism thing is something that certain parts of your culture have declared a virtue, just like the concept of having "haterz" being a positive thing. distinctly american imo, everyone else doing that is just biting your culture.

anyway enough of the derailing, i personally think that the production forum might be in a less than glorious state right now but lately there's been a nice sense of community, kinda like a new generation of people fed up with filthy bass and getting into chinstroking and circlejerking

someone should message him on soundcloud saying they like his stuff, starting a new label kinda thing, get him to send some stuff over then message him back in a month or so saying. "we've sold 1 unit of your track... here's 50p"

quite a lot of effort tho just to wind up 1 nobhead

People seem to get SO butthurt in the prod forums, The content can be annoying sometimes but then if people actually want to sound like datsik/skrillex then fine, But it's the amount of snobbery in there.. The only issue is the snobbery comes from the people who don't actually know what they're on about and just assume they are correct because it makes sense in their minds.

From what i've seen essentially it's the people who know shit that have stopped posting and the people who don't know enough acting like they know it all.

Could be wrong, but as much as I love SNH I can't face going into the prod forum anymore for tips.
