And regarding the unusual timeslot for mala: of course this is why the organisers have planned it that way. I had a chat with one of them and they said they were trying to respect a "natural" build-up of the vibes going from deep to party madness. Fair enough, but then why put AKS on after Mala, or Subreachers before Koreless. It's obvious money/ticket sale had a role to play. Then again, if Untitled! keep giving a lot of attention to quality second rooms/line-ups, I don't really mind that. I went into the big room to see Mala and I hadn't been there since Tes La Rok I believe before that. Skream in the trix club venue in 2008 (?) with Plastician was a mental gig now that I think of it by the way.

I've never had any other problems at untitled!. No issues with security folks, drinks, hotness or overcrowded or ticket prizes...I read this all the time but I don't think it is true. It's always hot in a dance, there's always room at the back away from the sweaty front row massive or the mosh kids (who should be banned any way...). In the club venue, there's always space enough to dance as well.... and yes it's expensive, but so is going to a club.... if you don't wanna pay for your artists or drinks, go to some DIY rave in the woods with cans of cara-pils...

It's a good organised party and has been for almost 5 years, the fact that money equals into the equasion isn't a real surprise. I've seen a lot worse/commercial concepts develop in Belgium over the past two years...
Has Skream really changed that much in two years? Dont get it, he never plays his old tunes? But they're such beauty's? Mmmmh don't like it :p. I don't think it's way overpriced, maybe just a little but i don't really care tbh, it's all about having a good time, and 18 € is still only money... Were u at the last edition of untitled, because then the security was awful... It was around the time they banned smoking in belgium (in all cafes etc) and for some reason it was also banned at untitled. Resulting in huge guys pushing people around through the crowd, to find people with spliffs/or even a normal cig and start being aggresive. What they also did was take your arm randomly, and check whether you had paid to come in ( cheking wrists etc) because of the problems with the people crawling in on the balcony ( saw 10+ people climb in this time) let's just say it was a real moodkiller. I still love the party, still moderately cheap and nice line ups, from time to time... Btw does skream never play an old skream 2006-2009 set anymore? He's just going for the money, as I'm seeing it ? :u:

I think it really started going down hill when Magnetic Man started doing all the big festivals right before their album dropped. They were doing fests before 2009 as well but only with limited successes.
Skream always had aggy tunes in his set, but he's a celebrity now. I mean MM was at Rock Werchter..., so I guess he's kind of obligated to play to a wider and more commercial audiences needs.

About that security at untitled!: I haven't missed one since Rustie & HudMo. And that was the only time I received a warning for smoking inside (had to put it out on the spot). And this is almost 3 years ago I think. I've heard this from other people though, so I guess I'm a lucky guy. Then again, I'm no troublemaker and I'm almost always BOB to untitled! so never drunk. I've had some good chats with those guys, but seen them behave horribly to some people as well.

you have to wear a t shirt of guns and roses, a friend of mine did that and he was good friends with the security
It's about dropping a track at the wrong speed, and it sounding better than the real thing.
