nope, he was mainstream from the beginning, in france at least - but we should be known as one of those nations with awful electronic taste (or taste more generaly)

Still no idea who he is or what he does, I thought it was some pop singer X Factor/Idol type person. Funny story, my mother asked me to put his music on her mp3 player for jogging, I put it but never even opened them. Also some kind of official Nike exercise mix thing too. She actually is into good electronic music though too, she has the first couple of Tectonic Plates in her car as well as some Ray Keith, Bukem, Rhythm & Sound and some mixes I've done. After looking up Guetta though, mum I am disappoint.

My younger brother (eleven) asked me to download Guetta's new album for him and put it on his iPod.
I promptly made a copy of Glass Swords (Rustie) and made a few edits to the ID3 tags.
Let it grow on him for about a month before telling him.
He was really feeling it.
Just doing my bit for the next generation of dance music.

Good work.
You should then download the Guetta album and tag it as the Rustie album and see if he says its shit.
