This probably won't be too helpful, but after a short demo, here's my impressions:
1. In terms of interface, there is no comparison. Ohmicide's interface in my opinion is one of the worst out there, and Fabfilter's is one of the best. That alone makes this worth considering.
2. For light saturation, tape saturation, etc., Saturn sounds great. It's really easy to get a thick, warm sound, and since it's multi-band, I can see it being really useful in situations where Vintage Warmer or Ferric would cause you to add a pre- or post-EQ (or both).
3. There's less algorithms than Ohmicide, but ALL of them sound good and useful, whereas I often found myself tediously browsing algorithms in Ohmicide just to find one that sounded good.
4. The reason I say this may not be helpful is that I almost exclusively used Ohmicide as a send, turned the distortion WAY up, and would mix the signal just a bit, so that you would have an extremely distorted signal at a low volume on top of the regular signal. I didn't get a chance to try this with Saturn, so maybe somebody could compare that point.
