808 Kick making a click sound

on an unrelated but sort of related note, when you throw in a drum hit on Ableton's audio track, the auto fade may lessen the punch/attack. took me awhile to figure that out lol.

How?

Although the source-sample itself doesn’t click otherwise, I zoomed way in (in Logic) and did a very small fade on each of the kicks. It got rid of the problem. (The tune was the one in my Sig)
