Did you tell this guy you've had things released under that moniker? Spout some legal looking shit about copyright at him?

Got to say though, why would you not already have bothered changing your soundcloud so that those people who google you actually find it?

Change your name to 'I.Dot UK' or wherever it is you're from, or spend like £40 to get your name copyrighted, call your soundcloud 'I.Dot Official' and then tell him you'll sue his ass for copyright if he continues uploading under your name. Sorted.

Give us his url and we'll destroy him

I'd say don't worry about it? There are so many musicians working under names others have..

Well he is the guy with the soundcloud name, and you well had a different soundcloud name, for some strange reason. He probably searched soundcloud, found no one had that name, and thought it was a fresh name, not his fault.

point 1) Was thinkin bout that too, but it could turn the other way round... Fakeing documents could get me into big trouble.

Haha Yeah right Would do that, but I dont feel his music.... Thats the main point why I am pissed. His sound could give me a bad reputation. (Just my opinion)

You might be right, but if he would have googled I.Dot or Idot he would have found me. So still, its a pussymove...

Get ur name copyrighted. Other than that there's nothing u can do except be the better producer. There are thousands of people that produce under a name that is being shared by others.

If only Plastician still posted on the forum, he'd help ya...
