Fucking threads like this where people just tear into each other for no good reason......sigh.
Let him sell his vinyl on a dubstepforum :)

I bet you'd struggle to find anyone stupid enough to willingly sell something like this below its market value. Yes, that would be very nice (I've done it myself with a user on here no less, but that was only because it was a double), but if the guy wants the dollar, then why not sell it for what somebody would offer. Really don't blame him. Plus, I'm just guessing, but maybe he wants a significant amount to convince him to give it up. I have things that I'd happily sell, but at the right price. Somethings I'd rather just keep.

I've got that Burial & Massive Attack piece, and if ever I needed the money and came to sell it, then I sure as hell would be looking for more than what I paid with a market value like that.

Do you have a certificate of authenticity to prove this is skreams' real signature?

i know i dont have enough money to bid for this but tbh i dont think i'd want a signed copy. i'd want to play it and everything and having it signed makes it seem like more of a collectors item and less of a record, still awesome to have and whoever wins it is very fortunate (rich)

Shouldn't the first step for selling anything on the internet be some pictures?

Also I will give you $15 and a thank you.

maybe i'm not the sentimental type, but someones name signed in ink does nothing for me in terms of added value. unless of course it's endorsing a check made out in my name.

It wouldn't. That name in ink means nothing to you because it has no memory attached however for him he played on the same lineup and got it signed after.. it has a direct link to his memory. Which is why i think people wouldn't want to buy it, because its his memory not theirs.

His point is having something material to link to that memory means nothing to him, he has the memory and doesnt need anything to remind him. But it is contradicting that he sees the name as meaningless but SEEMS to want to profit on it. Which is why wub jokingly said he should be happy to sell for the original price.

I bet you wish you'd just come out and said "I'm running low on money so I need to sell this, who wants it?".
