Phase Cancellation hardly ever works properly, and when it does it's generally a shitty quality you're left with.

This will leave you with a muddy copy of whatever you're trying to extract, as the element you're trying to isolate will inevitably have a frequency range that expands into the bits you're trying to cut.

Probably the best suggestion in here tbh...either have a crack at singing yourself or (assuming you can't sing ;) ) put an ad up on a local Craigs List (or whatever is equivalent where you are) asking for a vocalist. Something along the lines of;
Up & coming dance producer seeking vocalist for future project. Influences include
  • . No pay, but chance to showcase material.
And see if you get any responses. If it doesn't work, then ask around friends/family etc...I guarantee you'll have someone connected with your circle of friends whose neighbours' friend's cousin has a good singing voice or whatever.

Yep, but I find (especially with femal vocals) with a bit of extra processing it can sound okay in a mix. But still, yes, it's not ideal.

What acapella you wanting anyway?I will have a look through mine see if i'm packing it.
I just need some female vocals to chop up and others to just spice up my music because vocals are the element all my tracks are missing right now. I write a ton of my tracks in G minor... Have any female g minor vocals?

Couldn't tell you if they are in g minor :lol: i only ever use logic's pitch tool with the flex editor when getting vocals to fit and only really ever use my ear when making a track.I have a little in the music theory department but mainly use my ear.
Acapellas4you.com is a great source for free pellas,you just need to search and download.
I think the thing is you need to work with what you can find because your not going to get many vocals that you actually want,there is a fuck ton of vocals i would love to get my dirty little mits on but can't so i make do with what i can find.It's all in the way you use the vocals,you can make anything sound good with a little bit of fuckery.

Go to: http://www.remixcomps.com/

On this site you'll find tons of vocals, etc.
All for free and often you don't have to register to download the stems.
It's an outstanding source to get into remixing :4:
