Pkay answered it pretty much spot on, as long as the company has nothing to do with music and will probably not have anything to do with music in the future, you'll be fine.

Pkay had you sorted within a few posts, but perhaps if you wanted a definitive answer you should ask, like, a copyright lawyer rather than a bunch of people wasting their workdays on the Internet? Or, like, tell us what the fucking name is so we can give an actual opinion rather than guessing at what you might have called yourself?

Considering Gucci Mane and Remy Martin exist without hassle, I think you'll probably be alright... but you should probably look at lightning the fuck up a bit.
