the way you get over your girlfriend is by deleting facebook, hitting the gym and stopping all drink and drug shenanigans for a while
60% of the time it works every time
I did the opposite of that and it worked pretty well. Getting arrested at Glastonbury, rediscovering my love for ecstasy, sleeping with a couple of girls off Facebook and then finally dropping acid on my own in our empty flat really did the fucking trick.
But yeah, or, like... it'll take time and shit.
