That video is a good tutorial on using follow actions. He actually gets a little confusing when he talks about the probability and whatnot though. I just set my follow action on top to however many bars I want the clip to play before jumping to the next clip/cue in the sequence, then select the action "Next" from the drop down menu as shown in that video. Also another useful tip is to figure out the keys of your tracks before slicing them into different segments, that way you can mix harmonically if desired. Harmonic mixing is surprisingly easy, and its a great way to make your mixes flawless.
