Does he happen to go by the name Kabuto the Python? Cause if so, he actually makes pretty good mixtapes.

Link them vids man!
Also, i've been making this music as of late, it's sort of like drone with a few asian classical strings and percussion and qawaali vocals, but i've also got like acoustic guitars in it and also, lots of noise distortion and glitching. I've been trying to think of a gimmicky name for it... suggestions?
Ambient AsiaFolk Noisecore? Not gimmicky enough...

In the late 90s internet age, around the time when MP3 fully came about, there was a genre of izan rap called 'hatecore'. Yes, neo-sizan... rapping.

Nah, hatecore is usually izan hardcore. Though I think it was used first for bands such as Integrity.

AKA Integrity2000? Didn't know that. I used to really love that Systems Overload album. They weren't a racist band afaik anyway.
But serious, there were rappers claiming that term around that time, 98/99. I'm not surprised others have used it though, it's a simple one. The main izan hatecore rap group was Neohate out of NYC I think. They were starting trouble all over MP3.com back then when I was involved with that website.

No, they're not racist at all. Dunno why they were called that (along with other Cleveland "holy terror" bands), probably because of the negativity and religious dementia in their lyrics

Never got why rappers and, in general, people outside of hardcore feel the need to describe their style as *something*-core.
