Re: NFL 2012
If the pats defense was even in the top 60 % of the league we'd be favorites to win it

In a perfect world, Pats will loose the division to the Bills but they'll undoubtedly go post season.
Pittsburgh won't cut it this year. Bengals will clinch it, in fact, the ravens will beat Pittsburgh twice
.
Kansas City and Houston could do something. I dislike both.
National League will be between New Orleans, San Fransisco, The resurrected Eagles and The winner of North (as others have said, unpredictable: I still say the cheesemunchers will edge it)
I stand by 49rss as Superbowl winners.

Re: NFL 2012
The best part about football is that it was actually invented in Canada, and was made to give us ample time to restock on wood, beer and poutine. So you were almost rightwub wrote:
This is a game invented by Americans though...it's got to give them ample time between the action to restock on beer and fatty foods.
See also; Baseball.
Seattle might get 9 wins if they can keep it together. I think the Broncos are going to have a rough first half of the season, and while I had them favorite to win the division, KC has good chance of taking that if they stay healthy. The Chiefs could be beasts this year.pkay wrote:Seattle gonna surprise some people. Their D is legit and Russell WIlson is a stud. I had high hopes for dallas going into the preseason but injuries and worthless receivers have me hiding my jersey.
Really anxious to watch RG3, Russell Willson, and Cam Newton again
The Eagles are looking nice this year too

Is Vick gonna be able to start?

Re: NFL 2012
also big ups to my raiders who i see getting maybe 5 wins this year. if they can go 7-9 or even 8-8 it will be a miracle.
fuck you carson palmer
fuck you carson palmer
Re: NFL 2012
i dunno i think the 49ers are overrated and i think seattles defense is top 3 in the league right now. Theyre insanely tough
Re: NFL 2012
49ers are deffo overrated. But they'll win the division by a mile and grab home field and get some sort of lucky streak going!
Re: NFL 2012
Lol, such a bad trade.kidshuffle wrote:fuck you carson palmer
I forgot about the Bengals actually, Dalton was good last season, and A.J. Green is on his way to being one of the best receivers in the league.
I'm saying:
NFC North - Detroit
NFC East - Philadelphia
NFC South - Tough one... Atlanta
NFC West - San Francisco
Wildcard - Green Bay, Carolina
AFC North - Baltimore
AFC East - New England
AFC South - Houston
AFC West - Denver
Wildcard - Cincinnati, Kansas City

I just have this feeling man, maybe it's just because I have disproportional love for Stafford over any other QB of a team I don't particularly care for.ehbrums1 wrote:detroit is not winning nfc north
Also, MEGATRON.

I conservatively predict 200 touchdowns for him this season.

im going to go on a whim and say miami will be the worst team this year. i dont think anyone other than the browns can even compete with being that bad

Re: NFL 2012
nah, the skins will still pull off 4 or 5 wins at minimum. i'm giving miami 2
Re: NFL 2012
I'm going for the Browns, which is a shame for Smoke Brandon Weeden Everyday, as he's got so little time to get it right compared to other rookies. They get a really good RB to take some of the pressure off him, and he gets injured. Tough times.
Re: NFL 2012
Im just so excited
Re: NFL 2012
Miami is the worst team upon first browsing. I really hope the Panthers pick up some wins this season.
Re: NFL 2012
I must also say that, normally around this time of year, I'm much more excited about the NHL, the only American (lol Canadian I mean) sport I pick up on weekly (don't start following NFL until the post season, hardcore that is). But with the L.A. Kings winning the stanley cup, it just doesn't feel right.
