The 'Discover' feature is not that bad most of the time to listen to similar music, but some of the time its wank.

Here's one I built from around November, with some careful and not-so-careful selections, trimming down some tunes over the course of these months. Turn on crossfading for maximum effect, especially at the first 2 tunes and the 2nd last and 3rd last tunes.

well that's not that hillbiilly-ish honestly. Seems to be some really well known blues and country bits plus stuff like Jose Gonzales. Jose Gonzales is not remotely fitting any of that description

Jose Gonzales is not remotely fitting any of that description. Like I mean "inbred hillbilly tunes" is a bit of an ignorant way of describing anything that's on that list

Ah that's a shame. The last playlist someone linked me was a similar story, though it did have some cracking bluegrass on it. I want more stuff akin to Railroad Blues ala 'Rollin and tumblin' by Son of Dave but no idea what names to check.
