Blackmill, Gladkill. Seven Lions , Sugarpill, Koan Sound ( Introvert, Wide Open, Keep Rising, Promises ), Rameses B, Sorrow,ENiGMA Dubz, Stinkahbell, Of Porcelain, Stenchaman, Rezonate, all produce a heavy amount of liquid dubstep, chillstep, what ever have you, if not they have a few tracks that are amazing. Other alternative is to search "Mrsuicidesheep" in youtube.

I guess you don't listen to much Koan Sound since you don't seem recognize the specified tracks in parentheses, and yes I do understand what liquid funk is along with the other unnecessary and inaccurate genre classifications. I'm not going to get into a childish genre feud with you so you're better off calling out the OP on that matter. None the less those artist/tracks should help the OP into the direction that they're looking for.
