yeh massive big ups for this, the work is well worth it and much appreciated! despite a few issues i was very pleased to have attended

a couple of track IDs if anyone is capable from my limited memory...

SLT Mob - dubbed out deep one played before the Splurt Remix

SLT - proper funky, reggae-tinged, skanking tune with a chopped female vocal, kind of made me think of hip-hop for some reason

Oneman - first track? a J Sweet thing i think?

Oneman - came out of a Coki tune, its an obvious one, 8 bar thing i think with vox shouting 'Hey' the whole way through

Oneman was on a complete rampage, he devastated it... one of the scene's best kept secrets imo

as boom said, it is essential that these continue- dare i say it - but i fear the nightclub may be dying a death - so if any of you got rich eccentric mates who own massive houses in the middle of nowhere ....
drop me a pm!!

Subdub was a real strain with no smoke - funnily enough people seem more subdued without blazing then with!

crazily went from leeds with however many hundred people to best of british roof top with probably a 20th of the amount of people and the vibes were immense.

maybe we should start a cross genre petition from clubbers and promoters complaining about the impact on us doing what we love (i mean raving not smokin)

in the meanwhile tho- bring on the next House party - hopefully ill be here for the next one!

word! finally got round to writing here!

Was a BIIIG night... really wish there'd be more parties like this... vibes were soo good and I was sooo glad it wasnt 100% dubstep... felt so good to shake my ass to house / funk / garage / grime / older tunes etc... its all about variety!

big up all the ladies, put a smile on my face to see that many ladies inna dance... THIS1 WAS NO SAUSAGE FEST!!!

gotta say the highlight for me was Oneman hands down... mans a BAD BAD BADMAN!! dude dj's it exactly like i wanna hear it... proper mash up business, various styles, old & new come together... thats how it should be done! big up ya chest bro ur large!

kid caz --- where where u bruv?!? shouts to my breda roguestar lol me & him thought we were the last ones in the area sitting around waiting for a bus after 7am... early enuff! shouts to all the nice people i met & said hi to!

night was perfect, only complaint was that it was literally like dancing in a sauna all night... i so wish there was one room where there was a window open that u could get some fresh air... was deadly not being able to go outside for some fresh air at all... so for next one thats the only thing id have to say would be cool to have sorted - a chill out room with a window open!!

thanks for makin this happen ladies & fellas!

Whilst i didn't make it (apologies had a Family BBQ type thing) these kinda of events should imo be a little more sporadic. Regular events are really hard to fill (unless you are established brands like FWD and DMZ). Doing parties every so often makes them 'proper' special occasions that people will make the effort to go to. Think the House Party crew have got it spot on. If it aint broke....

Yea you make a good point man, having it "sporadically" DOES make it, "a wee bit special", just enjoyed the whole vibe of the place as apposed to a nightclub....

From looking at the pics i'm guessing the party was down White Post Lane in Hackney Wick?

Been to enough parties down there. Wicked little venue...
