If you want Dub, look no further that the classics such as Lee Perry, Scientist and King Tubby. Tubby pretty much invented the idea of remixing music, so if it wasn't for him it's probably the case that electronic music as we know it wouldn't exist.

Reggae band Aswad also did quite a few good dubwise versions of their tracks:





If you want to look at the UK side of dub music (which I'm guessing was what influenced alot of the more dub influenced UK dubstep artists like RSD and Adam Prescott) you could look at people like Iration Steppas, who basically do very similar things to the original Jamaican dub artists, but using synthesisers rather than guitar samples to make basslines.
