to be honest, right now EDM is so hot night clubs will book people without even knowing who they are simply based off the agent or the agency. For the first time probably ever, the clubs need the dj's more than the dj's need the clubs.

Yeah but you'd think they'd at least give a listen to whoever they're about to book. These mistakes are bad for the DJ, bad for the club, and even bad for the audience since most were expecting something completely different.

in the past you'd have a dude from the drum and bass scene throwing a drum and bass weekly, monthly, or one off event and he was splitting the door with the club or something worked out regarding the bar/door. Now that person has often times been cut out of the equation and you're dealing with the clubs manager/promoter/owner whoever. These are the assholes who were involved in taking out their $250k loan to start club douche. They want the big names to help their spot blow up.... i heard dj brohammer is the man. Better book him. Hell yeah I got 2g's son! bottle service son!

The guy who taped it wrote they were actually yelling at the guy who came to boot Shadow off/The DJ setting up (apparently he has been on before and played top40 stuff and it was shit etc..)
