done it before in place of coffee when im having trouble with focus. i can definitely relate to where you're coming from. but, as eat bass said, its a nasty habit

If you really have that hard of a time focusing without any tobacco or drugs, mabye you should consider doing something about you ADHD problem rather than comforting yourself with all this shit. You should consider trying some meditation or something, or just try and focus on one thing without getting distracted by all these little petty things. You most likely watch a lot of T.V. or just do stuff that distract your focus from something actually productive, which is why when you sit down to produce you can't focus on something that doesn't immediately trigger pleasure for you.

yeah water or irn bru. Big difference. Irn bru ruins my concentration but i like it, water helps me focus but its pretty boring lol

I thought i would try this chewing tobacco thing whilst producing but must admit it tasted like arse and tearing all the cigarettes
up to get to the tobacco was a waste of my time.

I chew cat nip while producing, except I have to wrestle it away from the crackhead cats I live with. Washing it down with a shot of bleach usually really gets the creative juices...problem is I keep waking up in the hospital.
