the trying to spin it into a positive thing is a little transparent. It's preferable to saying you're a twat or something but try and be a little origina;l

It doesn't really matter as long as you follow it with something you've done that helps you overcome it day-to-day.
The "My biggest weakness is that [insert something positive]" approach is a bit easily spotted...

"I respond to people who pressure me by telling them to fuck off...but it won't matter when I become your boss."
no, but what I'd really say is:
"I'm wary of first impressions so tend to reserve judgement until I've properly considered things. I'm aware that this may appear indecisive so am tempted to compensate by making snap decisions. I'm learning to counter this tendency by telling people who pressure me to fuck off."

There have been many a time in the office where I think about Ann Widdecombe before standing up, or it's the old hand in the pocket and pin it back trick.

Going from Job interview questions to pinning up erections. Awesome.
So, I was thinking of:
"I occasionally have difficulty balancing macro-management and micro-management when things get too fast paced."
Opinions?

what job are you applying for?
Personally, it sounds contrived but I think you can work with it.

Cool thanks should read threads better. TBH I don't know how much micro or macro management your going to be expected to do and I don't think it sounds better than time management is a struggle under pressure.
You know the job better than anyone here so table something that you can be expected to be weaker in given it's entry level and use it as an opportunity to identify skills your looking to build whether it be time management or customer service or whatever else.
I've interviewed people a reasonable amount over the last 16 years or so and the ones that do best are the ones that seem most genuine.

Too much management jargon IMO.
It reminds of a CV of this girl I know where her previous job duties were just a bunch of meaningless adjectives like 'responsible for providing responsive solutions to maximise client output in a digital and non digital domain while monitoring performances in integrating environments to ensure ongoing relationship values' she has a degree
