We had 2 kettles mysteriously break and stop working in quick succession. which was a blessing cos i usually have waves of militant coffee drinking every few months.
Good in moderation but way to easy to need it every morning and then 1 cup turns into 2 etc

This stuff's nice too ,chicory,barley- similar taste to coffee but probably better for you.

Guayusa is a cleaner caffeine buzz than coffee too. some Ecuadorian jungle leaf.

coming from a country with the highest coffee consumption in the world i kinda feel ya bruv. i don't really get it i've had like 5 cups in my life. i guess it's a bit like cigarettes and alcohol or perhaps green tea for example. at first it may taste a bit weird but then u love it

also i don't rate the whole coffee culture thing.. there's not much of a café or coffee shop culture here but it's still everywhere. take work places for example. all breaks are called coffee breaks, despite if you drink it or not, although you're a bit weird if you don't. if you ask a girl on a date, when it comes to it, pretty much the only way to ask it in our language is "would you like to go for a cup of coffee sometime?" it's just everywhere

Yeah that's exactly what happens with me. I'm weak with caffeine so it gets me jittery and keeps me awake at night if I drink after about 6pm. But I like coffee and get used to being woken up by it, one cup a day can quickly turn into 4 a day and then I need to stop completely. Its like legal office crack.

If I drink instant I try to make sure it's this.

Got a pretty sweet coffee maker that cost fuck all, the coffee itself is a little more expensive and you go through it quick, but it tastes amazing.

Black is how I drink it, cream can be alright in it, but sugar tastes fucking horrible. Tend to be reliant on it I'll usually have like 2-3 cups at work, but I do actually really enjoy the taste as well as the energy boost

I don't get tea at all though :corntard:

coffee is a bit too bitter for my tastes, much prefer tea but I can still drink a cup.
Bovril tho... my grandad loved that shit. Marmite dissolved in water?

Coffee is amazing, if, it's freshly roasted, freshly ground and brewed properly...

Tea is amazing, especially high quality Japanese green tea and Chinese Pu-erh + oolong... totally different from coffee though.

If you want something to give you energy but not jitters then drink...

I used to drink like 4 cups a day but i had an ear infection last year and every time i drunk coffee it made me mad anxious so i stopped and never started again cos although i would feel good for about an hour after a cup i definetly don't miss the mini comedowns i would get if i missed a cup.

Fucking love the taste though, i drink decaf quite alot now just for the taste lol and +1 to milk before water

Having just spent a year and two months in China where they drink
this all day every day I can confidently say...

...it's just coloured water that does nothing more than keep
you dehydrated ;-)
