The last bunch of half-trustworthy politicians I can remember were people like Mo Mowlam, Robin Cook, Martin Bell, Tony Ben. All dead or fucked off now..

33 seconds in hes already being patronising. I despise the way he talks considering hes apparently trying to be the voice of common people. Yeah common people don't talk like that.

Like Alex Jones I absolutely hate them and the way they're quite blatantly portraying themselves because they often have some good content.

Don't get the hype around the non-voting thing either, loads of people said last election they weren't gunna vote cause its like voting for lesser of the 2 evils. If it takes Russell Brand to say something about things not being quite right in politics for you to go 'hm maybe hes right' then you're a moron to begin with.

Fortunately I'm out of his reach...

Edit: For now. Swear down, if he somehow gets made leader of the tory party and they get into power under him, I'm buying up some generic african militia men (possibly child soldiers) and taking power by force.

To be fair, I'm of the hardline opinion that buffoonery should be kept to an absolute minimum if you're elected mayor of one of the most major cities in the world.

i'd take buffoonery (i.e. something completely superficial and no actual effect on londoners) if they actually made operational differences and improvements.

I'm not saying he does, im just saying his effect on the capital should be judged over his appearance

I'd concede a small amount of buffoonery in that case. ;-)

This 100%.

Hes at least 5 years too late on calling a revolution too.

That video was like a parody of Piers Morgan interviewing Alex Jones.

They should make Boris the national jester and just wheel him out at all sorts of public events to make us laugh.

He is definitely attacking a straw man.

He seems to know fuck all about politics and lots of long words, and keeps making it sound really simple or want a communist state :-/

Also the country is not too bad, if people work hard they can get pretty much anything they want.
