Beautiful.Genevieve wrote:I just wrote some fanfiction. Might as well share it here.Genevieve wrote:Someone needs to photoshop Mandela being driven to the gates of heaven by Paul Walker in a Skyline.
Confused Nelson Mandela awakens to find himself in a large, reverberating and dark space. Literally no light is making its way towards his retina. He stumbles, clumsily, towards a presence he feels. 'I..is anybody out here?' Suddenly, he is startled by a familiar sound. A car remote is being activated and 2 large headlights are shining on him. These brilliant and almost blinding headlights conceal a the silhouette of a mysterious figure. "I've been waiting for you" a voice said as Nelson Mandela's eyes are getting used to brightly shining lights.
The lights suddenly turn off but the space is illuminated by a different, mysterious and undetectable lightsource, revealing a modded Nissan Skyline with a person standing in front of it. "I know you", Mandela says, trying to make sense of the unfamiliarity of the situation and finding foothold in the chaos. "You're Paul Walker! But, how could this be? I thought you were dead". Paul Walker smiles. "I am". Mandela is clearly shocked. "B.. but does this.. does this mean that I..?' Paul Walker nods. "There is nothing to be afraid of.. Come with me", he said as he occupied the seat behind the driving wheel.
Opening the passenger side's door he invites Nelson Mandela into the car. "I'll explain everything in a minute. Just get in. Don't forget to wear a seatbelt, though. A deadly accident is just around the corner!"
Nelson Mandela, feeling at ease by Paul Walker's clever sense of humor joins him in his car, "Where are we going?" "You wouldn't believe me if I told you but.. but do you believe in God, mr. Mandela?" Paul Walker asked. "Do you believe in the heavens and an afterlife?" "I do, I very much do!" Mandela said, as the engine started to roar and the Skyline accelerated. "Then sit back and enjoy the ride because what I am about to tell you will blow your mind" Walker continued as they embarked on their journey
The surroundings changed. Clouds seemed to form underneath the car's wheels and a blue, heavenly glow started to shine down on them. Giant pearly gates were towering in the distance. Slowly opening to welcome heaven's latest residents, whose car disappeared in thin air after it passed the gateway to the afterlife.
This story may end here, but these 2 heroes' life in eternity has just begun. Bestowing them with a blissful existence that men of such great stature are all too deserving of.

Thought this was posted in the best insult thread. Was seriously confused for a minute.magma wrote:One of the few genuine titans of the last half century that can be unanimously celebrated by all Peoples across the world... and, no, his life and death are not a laughing matter. He may as well have been called Jesus during my childhood for the pedestal he was placed on and, uncommonly for today's world, it seemed like he might have been worth a great deal of the praise too.
Thank you for your contributions to humanity; sleep well.
RIP
I didn't see this comment in the Paul Walker thread...nitz wrote:How can some of you be jokey in regards to his passing, it's highly disrespectful and shows even in serous matters some of you act like boys not men.
RIP to the great that has unprecedentedly given to the human race.

Death will always be a subject for comedy, doesn't mean you don't respect them or what they did

Did the Fast & Furious franchise touch more people than ending Apartheid? Only history will tell us.mIrReN wrote:yeah but Paul Walker didn't save humanity
