Would I be taken seriously not beat matching a single track?

Fucking beatmatching. At some point, everyone got together and decided this was the most important thing! Fuck, just play music man.

If all the tracks are 140bpm the beat matching takes care of itself anyway

Well then yeah. I could do a hour set once a week if there was a station to play on. I see a few tracks about the place I would play. Would give me a reason to go though the Dub section.

There are better, more secret locations.

I did a quick google and it doesn't seen to be too much trouble to set up a free station. Might make a thread in a bit and see if anyone is in.

I would do search on here and see why all of the previous attempts failed. Address those issues, and you will have a chance at success.

Yeah I will put some time in before making the thread. I have been looking for a new project to take on.

You'd be surprised. I thought so too, but it mainly seems to be smaller/boutique outfits that are into it, and with ten it's because they genuinely love the music and are musicians. Big companies tho - literally want you to be in the 6-7 digit page view range before they even acknowledge your existence.
