Hes been an addict before, he knows what a right dose is... he probably had enough of us
RIP, easily one of the best of our time. Happiness and The Master are unforgettable
Also, guys check Before The Devil Knows You're Dead if you wanna see him playing a heroin addict. That film just got a hell of a lot more darker

Shame. Loved his character in The Big Lebowski.
Oldest looking 46 year old though. That, combined with how long he's been around, made me think he was in his 60s.

I don't really know his specific case and havn't seen many things he's in but i am sure the addiction helped him to identify with the roles he played and the heroin would of helped him deal with nerves/the pressure of fame.
