J - Not gonna lie dude, I loved drinking. The absolutely crazy shit I got up to...

Image

Like I easily exceeded that level of crazy.

And arrested only once.

:corndance:

It took a couple of trips to the hospital, and a lot of years to be able to be totally fine without drinking. And I am. Really am. My solution is be drunk when I want to be, just without the alcohol.

Also am on four different pills that I'll likely be taking for the rest of my life, and given the economic and regulator turbulence we're having with our economy and healthcare... that may be sooner than I'd like. :Q:

That's a pain man, i don't think i could handle having to take pills like that i'm too anxious about things that go into my body as it is. I do think i will have to stop drinking soon though.

Yeah, my pill taking is not related to my drinking. Just commiserating with J about a life long daily dependence on pharma. That beta blocker I take, if I miss one of those guys my heart goes into full freak out. You get over putting substances in your body, trust me. I wouldn't even take acetaminophen before. Lol at what I've become. :(

yeah man you adapt i suppose. I have no doubt i will be on a beta blocker in the coming years. A doctor said he could prescribe me them for panic attacks but i think that would of made it worse so i said no ha

Once your life depends on the receipt of life saving medications, you are little more than a slave. I've got to relax and enjoy the thrill of music. Peace bro.

I've got lots to say about this, now isn't really the time.
I take Bi-Polar medication, I've taken lots of different Bi-Polar medication.

it takes time to figure out the best meds for each individual.
in my experience most doctors don't really assist or treat the problem but rather just "practice medicine", it''s just weird when a doctor would gladly put someone on 4 different medications but doesn't mention anything about diet, pleasure, exercise, meditation, herbs, yoga... ect.

it sucks if u have to take medication all the time tho. unlucky mans :(.
I nearly whent down the whole beta blockrs road but i realised all my panic attacks were caused by alcohol lol. except for a couple. also a girl in my flat last year was practically dependent on em like nowaysj was sayin. So i decided to just leave my perscription in a bin. lol.

Always forgotten about if you go anywhere near a doctor. They just wasnt you to take things or have surgery done.

I thought you were gonna be on pills 'for life'. Like, taking E to raise awareness for AIDS or something.

I just want to point out that I'm taking beta blockers for heart issues, not for anxiety. I'm quite possibly the happiest person on earth.

I know this ALL to well. I'm apparently on pills for the rest of my life too. 3 meds. It was 4 but i cut one recently. I intent on cutting them all, my dr thinks its not possible. Always give outs pills but never me the root cause - cause of cause. I have suitablised my health, not thru more drugs, which they help yes, but mainly thru diet. Food is the first port of call - and then its meds.

Health is wealth

God bless everyone

This wisdom is lost on these young men. They're destroying their bodies, and are surprised, "I'm getting really bad hangovers," or, "I get a hangover while I'm drinking now." Haha, that is damage to your bodies lads. You think you'll have to pay the price later, much later. But you're already paying the price, and when you get the full bill, you're going to be rather surprised.

Lad it up though.
