Re: Genrl - Dishwasher (140)
Thanks for the kind words man that's what I was going for.
Re: Genrl - Dishwasher (140)
i like the way the sounds sit with each other. it's been standardly mixed/mastered and i think you've got a cool effect out of it. the mix/master is different for every tune, and i like what you've done here.
Re: Genrl - Dishwasher (140)
Oh God, I love everything about this tune. The chord progression, the percussion, the variation. Everything melds together so perfectly. Good stuff man.

nah g leave those washing sounds hi, they give it real character and a swing and pop feel which is sick, the intro to the drops with the build, pause, beep sound at around .55 is not for me though,
those stabs are lush as fuck too, think i agree with the other guy who suggested that some of the filters in the intro are a bit heavy and make it a bit jerky but it's a vibe

Re: Genrl - Dishwasher (140)
Imo you hava achieved a sloppyness required for this style.
And that's a compliment.
It needs to be low slung and messy in a way to work.

Re: Genrl - Dishwasher (140)
Thanks EH u can see my angle on this aha. Tbh rkm I'm not going to change it now cos I CBA but thanks for the actual feedback
. It was originally a wonky hip hop beat but I changed the tempo cos the samples sounded better at 138. Its meant to sound sloppy and jerky vos that was the vibe i was going for
.

Re: Genrl - Dishwasher (140)
i meant "real sound" as in a recording of a real life sound, unlike a synthetically produced soundwaveehbes wrote:LOL at real sound. As opposed to a fake sound

I figured he would know what i meant by that but i guess i caused some confusion eh?
Re: Genrl - Dishwasher (140)

Re: Genrl - Dishwasher (140)
Intro seemed a bit boring to me, but the main part is great. such a sparse and wonky feel. nice work. I especially enjoyed the kick in this one.
Re: Genrl - Dishwasher (140)
I loved this vibe, spun my head around with the percussion! good job man Soundcloud

i would agree.Electric_Head wrote:I don't think the mix needs tightening up to be fair, it's got a sloppy swing to it which is perfect.
Nice track
I was permitted to hear an incredible music ... i heard the gestation of the new world... the sound of stars grinding and chafing , of fountains clotted with blazing gems... music is planetary fire, an irreducible which is all sufficient it is the slate-writing of the gods.
