After long analysis, I disagree vehemently.

an exclusive identity is a given
as is being
that's why I'm suggesting well-being is more to do with our participation with what's "outside" ourselves
finding some level of involvement with and acceptance from a community
rather than struggling with who or what we are.
(which is not saying we should rely on others for self-worth or meaning)

I equate it to finding myself happier being a realist with ideals
rather than an idealist struggling with reality.

neither of which are relevant to actually doing anything about it
but sigs, mate,
does that mean that you consider yourself mentally unhealthy?

being on disability from the VA for PTSD and depression I can say go to counseling and seek out help otherwise you may end up isolated or with a suicide attempt like myself or doing drugs etc trying to self treat shit.
It's not fun but shit gets better when you put in the work and actually try meds.
Half of my posts on here and DOA were during years of isolation, drug abuse, partying and not addressing the issues I had which only made things worse.
Now the last 3-4 years after treatment and continued work I'm rebuilding my life and actually in the right mind.
Though I will say the bad times made making music easier for some reason.

as much as i was adverse to the idea of therapy and counseling it made a world of difference and so glad i did it. doing it on my own just led to the same cycle of bullshit.

sigs, are yu suggesting that all you need is time to heal?
cos deadly is pretty much saying that it's not enough ^
& we've gotta be pro-active, interact and seek assistance.

...man, that can be so hard to do
compared to how easy it is to continue rationalizing our mental blockages

and jizz, I AM on my way back
cos it's fuck'n lonely out there brother

today's World Mental Health Day
that series ended last night
it was really moving
particularly the love & care shown by the families
texted my niece to congratulate her
reckon it'll get awards

anyway, I'm glad I skirted the scene
Having a girlfriend who's dad & mum met when both certified
and she suffering PTS and all sorts of weird stuff from ritual abuse,
was enough for me
I now prefer hanging out with people like you guys. :corndance:

I've heard some really fucked things about your power structure. About Antony Kidman. Little different than the UK's issues, I guess.

^I'd say you're right unless you hook up with a lunatic werewolf or such.

^^this was literally ritual abuse by a "magic" cult,
the sort that kidnap & drug young girls for a few weeks
then convince them that a kidnapped baby is theirs so that they raise it
until they take it for a human sacrifice ritual.
It's difficult for anybody to believe, I know.
The girls are so traumatized nobody's gunna believe them.
I really tried not to.
