I'm not just not into cheese but actually physically afraid of it
Like uncomfortable if a m8 or chick or something has to store it in my fridge for bit.
I can eat it on pizza if I have to and I realize I must have been traumatized somewhat but I have another m8 who is the same

...
But tbf to me

- it is zombified milk and an abormination in a kitchen
like any maggot feces well should be.

I ate a block of blue cheese the size of a pint glass to myself at a wedding while blind drunk the other week. It made me do some bad farts but it was good cheese. No idea what it was though.
Also the wine on the dinner tables was amazing but I was so drunk before I even had dinner that I can't remember what it was

It is more like milk that has resurrected from the dead such as jesus christ did.
It loses all of its useless sugar, and over age gains the beautiful and complex taste that It was born to obtain

cheese is a great nighttime snack because of the slow digesting properties of casein

One of my favorite characteristics of cheese is that even though practically all cheeses carry the same nutritional guidelines (more or less) they all have such varied tastes. A taste range that seems larger than the taste range of the entire fruit family.

Can't beat a good dollop of camembert baked with a bit of garlic.
Cheddar is great coz it can be the everyman of cheeses and still be very tasty.
Halloumi is a must for barbeques, but it does take practice to get it just right.
