We had mice in our flat a few years back... I was racking up bodies faster than Lorne Malvo.
The worst two were both as a result of "humane" trapping methods being used by my housemate... came into his room to find he'd trapped one under a plastic bag and pinned it around the sides with random junk from his room.
"So what are you going to do with it now? Leave it to starve to death?!"
He let me finish that one off with a hammer. My first in a short spree of rodent hammer attacks.
I think the most gruesome one was when he used one of the supposedly humane "sticky" traps... poor little bastard was still alive, but glued so firmly to the trap that when I tried to free him outside, he just tore in two in my hands.

I catch moths in my hand and release them
I've done mercy killings on a few mice and birds the cats have half killed, nothing more

Also any insect that dares to come into my bedroom has to die by my hands as a matter of principle, I'm hoping that eventually one day they will learn it's not safe and won't try it anymore

We get these motherfuckers a bunch where I live, its on the few 'bugs' I really cant stand
Bugs/spiders are generally ok for me until they get to the point when you can make out their features from a distance.

Never killed anything bigger than an insect, and haven't even done that for a few years now. I strongly remember my brother kicking an ants' nest when we were little and my dad going beserk, probably a factor in why I try not to kill anything now. That and the whole ahimsa thing

Thought this was gonna be a thread about people admitting to be serial killers, didn't realise that it was going to be serial bug killers.

You don't get to tattoo a tear drop for a cicada... this thread should be for vertebrate slayings only.

insects, birds, snakes (by request only), sheep (for food), roos/wombats/devils (roadkill)
and if I did kill that bloke, it was only through incompetent first aid.

I knew this thread would be 99% people squishing bugs, but Agent strangling some pets
to death definitely crossed my mind as well.
I used to do target shooting for sport and this one kid told a story about killing a frog with
a firecracker.. he was banned for life. I have only killed fish and bugs afaik.
My parents asked me too take down some magpies once, but it felt wrong.
