Breakfast is super important for me. I eat a huge breakfast, next to nothing for lunch, and a simple dinner with a blend of meat/carbs/vegies.

But breakfast: 4, count them, 4 over easy eggs (slow cooked, no griz at all) on a bagel with an electrolyte drink and green tea, but legit loose green tea. I thought I brought 4 tins with me to my new local, but they seem to not have made the trip. I now live in a wasteland, and am afeared I might not be able to find green tea of sufficient quality. It concerns me.

My two goto breakfast options are...

Steel cut oats, Blueberries, Milk, & Mayple Syrup (optional).

or

Power Granola (large flake oats, slivered almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnut chunks, chia seeds, ground flax, oat bran, and cranberries. Coated in olive oil, honey, brown sugar & apple sauce to hold it together. Mixed with some 3% Bavarian yogurt.

I'm a breakfast guy, what can I say....

...Most important meal of the day
