Does anyone know what the flashing red dot is that appears over the aim icon in the bottom right of the screen??

Never been able to work out what it is... Its like some kind of warning, but i dunno...

Any idea people?

I think it's something to do with email mate. AIM is trying to tell you: "you've got mail".

I told it that it was wrong, but it just wouldn't listen. So I renamed AIM after my ex-girlfriend and then went into the options to switch the bloody thing off.
