It's still hard mate. It's not a complete doddle to talk a club into taking dubstep on for a Friday nite - the music is completely unproven in almost every city outside of London, and has a microscopic scene everywhere so even if you can get the venue sorted, there's no guarantee of breaking even.

I think the reason you're seeing more parties goin on in the UK than anywhere else (although NL, Germany and Belguim are catching up!) is just cos we're a few steps further down the path with it than most other countries - much like DNB 10 yrs ago I suppose.

well, it's a sticky situation with the labeling. some people would call ^^ breakstep or breaks. a tune like stylin or classfied could be called broken too. you're a hard man to label colin. :lol:

I had a listen to a few track on the Bugz forum a few months ago, tasty/spanky bronken techno!!!
Any of that was released on vinyl or is just to spread as CD-R?
