Yeh I think thats what "Plasticman" from London said till he found out how big the real "plastikman" is

The "Lowkey" who producers Techno and quite popular DJ is no pioneer but still an artists name that has been established. You must also know about "lowkey" record label from the 90s? (DNB/Jungle).
