records are different, its a physical copy, you can't download a record from soulseek. guaranteed half the tunes on that ipod will be illegal.
According to research published yesterday from the National Consumer Council, more than half of British consumers are infringing copyright law by copying CDs on to their computers, iPods or other MP3 players. The survey, based on interviews with more than 2,000 adults, found that 55% had copied CDs and 59% believed it was legal to do so.

] Ye but for all you know the dubstep tracks he has on the ipod could be riped from his vinyl that he paid money for or a friends vinyl, if so i don't really see a problem with it becoz them tracks have been paid for. Same as i have obie trice cheers that i bought from tesco lol in hackney bout 4 yrs ago, i burned myself another copy tho that may be illegal i see nothin wrong in it as the original cd was mine i paid for it so if i want to make 100 copys for myself then i will. I know it sucks for the producers of tracks if thier albums singles are being downloaded, coz they won't get any cash for it. But i don't blame the person downloading the file, i blame the person who uploads the file and makes it downloadedable to others. If they didn't do so we wouldn't have this piracy problem. For instance my little bro of 11yrs old has a pc, is very much into music, and only gets small change daily for sweets, now how can i blame him for downloading his tunes? I know it is wrong but for him and lots of other youngsters thats the only way for them to get hold of the tunes they want. Surpose they could just go to the store and nick them as some peps will say when they download they are stealing anyway. But i thik to download is a much better option. Same with pirate dvds if they chinese dudes didn't sell em we wouldn't be able to buy them, and if movies wasn't on the net for download we wouldn't d/l them. I mean come on say for instance i wanted say leona lewis new album right now, i have a few options, go shop and buy, buy online, or download for free. Now if it was an album i really wanted i myself would buy online or in a shop. If i didn't have a credit card or paypal then i would have the option of going shop or to download. So i would buy the album in the shop. But say im not really feeling the album which i don't bleeding love is a nice tune apart from that i don't like the album, i would deff download it. If i was skint then i would def download. I know downloading is wrong but i know i am not the only person guilty of this. I buy all my dubstep garage an grime on vinyl, but i will admit i have downloaded lots of hip hop/rap rnb reggae dancehall ect in the past, not so much now as my net is fucked and if i try anythin bigger then say 10mbs my net will freeze same as when i listen to radio

anyways i have gone on way to much, i am off for a mix
big up the sun showing its face a bit 2day
and yes i do agree with you that dubstep producers need and deserve the money from what they make, and it is a terrible shame that some of their stuff is avalible for download not mentioning anythin tho lol. But once again i blame the person who uploads it, it they didn't we wouldn't be able to rip them off and download for free.
Fuck think this is the longest post ever, i blame zee weed in my system
