Cheers. Loved the Northern Soul vid - I was raised on those sounds...My dad still harps on about the Wigan Casino today.

haha it is a great vid.. and shows how northerners do it best when it comes to raving!!

Yeah, chemists were interesting in those days (and not too secure).
My dad's a Southerner! Still tries pulling those moves off every now and then too...
He made the journey from Surrey to Wigan pretty much every Saturday from 74-77. Mind you, he met some bird from Manchester there and moved up for a while.
(A side anecdote, said bird apparently left him for Jerry Dammers so thanks to The Specials my mum ended up pregnant. I'm sure it wasn't a rebound though, they're still together)

that beats my mum's one.. which is..
'I use to sit across the breakfast table from Mike Pickering' (famous hacienda dj and all round acid house pioneer / M people person)
my mum's was best mates with mike pickerings sister when she was at school and lived in bramhall, cheshire.
