Child labour within the obvious companies, nike adidas has all been heavily regulated and scrutinised for years, to make it gone. Its a hang up from the 90's, regarding legal factories. There are most certainly places where children make all these fake things though, theres no inspectors checking them places.
And for the record banana farmers and cocoa farmers, get (or got untill fairtrade) the shit end of the industry. So yes, it is important to be aware of the fruit and chocolate you eat.

i used to work with bumblebees cute buggers but easily stressable and they get depressed
i didnt know that till i started that job, any large movement, temperature drop or rise, pollen or food scarsity kinda gets them really upset..
you notice their depression because they just stay in the hive and do no work, just as we'd do..
weird eh?
