that's actually true. my mate wore heels so much that she's pretty much reformed her feet. so whenever she walks around bearfoot she's walking on her tip toes, she has to really struggle to stand with her feet flat. fuck knows how you'd go about getting your feet to do that tho lol (and if you'd want to)
i swear you'd fuck your hamstrings walking on tip toes all the time
nah you don't. makes them pretty strong. but saying that i don't know how it is having the support of the heel (i is a requirement in training that you always be bouncing on your heels, move quicker when your feet are not planted).

well its not about learning how to walk in them or anything. i think every lady(note i didnt say females only bc i know some girls who are total tomboys who would never look cute wearing heels! or walking in them!) is born with a talent to walk in them and get used to the pain. its just so diff when youre so used to walking on flats. not even like wedges or anything for me. i wear all flats now. im 5'10" so its not like im short and stupid now...but what that means is now i am my normal height. i have to get used to being like 6' and 6'1" now...its just all around weird to me since ive been off of em so long.

but tonight. im busting out a brand new pair of gold heels i scooped up the other week. :D ah i miss heels! im sure my feet will be in pain tomorrow. but worth the pain.
big up the donut crew!
