Hangovers nowadays are so rough its barely tolerable, I have to lie in bed for about an hour screaming and feeling like i'm going to be sick everywhere before I can even get up to cover my face in cold water and stare into the mirror asking myself 'what have you done?' repeatedly

A full week's worth of Come Dine With Me usually does the trick also. It's important to get filled in on the details of what actually happenned as well. Once the unexplainable feeling of shame and possible embarassment has gone the headache will quickly follow

i lie in bed for fucking hours, regularly fizzing my pint glass with berocca, then i normally eat a slice of toast, throw up a few times, have a bath, then go back to bed
as you can see i get baaaaaaad hangovers, however somedays i get off scott free
i don't really mind a headache just hate feeling sick

i think i've told people about this before, but my doctor said to take a couple of ibuprofen and a few glasses of water before bed and that should prevent the worst of the headache.
I always find it better to not lie in too long and to get some fresh air and a sugary drink when i wake up.

havent had a hangover in years!!!
i found that working your way down from a piss up works
as in,
stay awake untill the drink wears off (drinking, but less every hour...)
then you go to bed....
you wake up right as rain!!!!
