This guy is pretty damn funny frankly, it's that kind of humour where you cringe so hard you have no choice but to laugh. He's carefully calculated just how much of a tit to seem like, and pulls it off pretty well.
And the bars... oh the bars.
But did you not think his beat didn't sound garagey at all?

What I like to start my UK garage with is the bassline. The bassline is often referred to as the bassline.

Hahaha, him in kingston... upon thames.
Man, the music shop guy was funny. Although, nitpick... peter tosh taught bob marley guitar as far as i know.
oh my god.... the song... quite a good crap impression of marley's voice though.
